Hi Brenda, thanks for "hitting" me back. Wow, I'm so proud of you - keep up the good work! I'm back to my meetings (and in a new fellowship) and try to make at least 3 a week. I am experiencing more peace and serenity. Now the diet and exercise hasn't come together yet, but its on the way. One day at a time!!

You're torn on your travel plans, but what positive choices you have! I know you'll make the choice that feels right for you and you will undoubtedly enjoy either one.

Take care and will "talk" to you later!

Remember that you are not those cysts and you are certainly not that fibroid. You are a beautiful vibrational stream of consciousness that is having a humanistic experience. Love yourself through this divine purification.
Be well

Hey Tonia, So cool that you too are learning to treat your body as a temple. It certainly is a process, sometimes a bittersweet one because this year different relationships (friendships too) have been removed from my life. I'm trusting that all of this is part of a divine plan to support health, positive living. You mentioned that through your healing work you passed toxic material from your body. I'm wondering what you specifically were consuming (including herbs) and what lifestyle habits you incorporated or gave up. I am grateful for this networ and the upcoming October conference because it's helping to sustain me and my intentions.

Thanks Brenda. One of my philosphies which started last year is treating my body as a temple, also. While I still have a long way to go, I've come a long way. Also, no one here has to feel that their experiences have been too bad; I think I've won that category :)
